  • Yes! Standard appointments are available Tuesday through Friday, with core clinical hours from 9:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

    However, limited early-evening appointments may be available on Tuesdays and Fridays until 6:00 PM. These extended hours are offered selectively based on availability and may not be open every week.

  • Yes! Availability is however limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. These appointments are intended to support access to care while maintaining the sustainability of the practice.

    Once all sliding-scale slots are filled, additional requests will be placed on a waitlist or offered referrals as available.

    Eligibility

    • Sliding-scale fees are reserved for clients experiencing temporary financial hardship.

    • Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    • This program is based on self-declaration, requiring no proof of income.

    Rates

    Sliding-scale fees are fixed within the ranges below and are not negotiated on a per-session basis. 

    • Brief Med Check Visit (20 minutes): Starts at $75 (standard rate $115)

    • Extended Consult Visit (50 minutes): Starts at $135 (standard rate $175)

    The specific rate within each range is determined by the client at the start of the sliding-scale period and remains consistent until the next review.

     At this time, sliding scale is not available for any sessions longer than 50 minutes or for initial psychiatric evaluation visits.

  • No shows, same-day cancellations, or reschedules made under 24 hours will be charged ​a fee equivalent to 50% of the original scheduled visit rate.  

    There will be no charge for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. Please do your best to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will likely need to reschedule and a fee may be charged. 

    Clients who no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice for more than two appointments will be charged the full fee for all future missed visits.

    Clients who repeatedly reschedule and/or miss appointments may be referred to another clinic; please be aware that I reserve the right to withdraw from providing clinical services if this occurs.

  • Yes. When clinically appropriate, some controlled substances can be an effective and safe way to manage certain psychiatric symptoms. If an alternative is available, I often will recommend that those options first be explored or that the use of a controlled substance be limited in its use.

    I do NOT prescribe any opioids. This includes Methadone, Buprenorphine, Suboxone or Subutex.
